Welcome to the Crypto APIs Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Crypto APIs Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. We reserve the right to deny or revoke your application to the program at any time for any reason.

Commission: As an affiliate, you will earn a commission of 50% on every new paying client you refer to Crypto APIs, for up to 90 days after their payment is received. The commission will be paid out via PayPal or wire transfer. Please note that commission will not be paid on any refunded transactions or fraudulent activities. Commissions are paid after $500 trashold is achieved.

Promotional materials: We will provide you with promotional materials, such as logos, banners, and text links, to use on your website or social media accounts. You may also create your own promotional materials, provided that they adhere to our brand guidelines. You agree to use these materials only for promoting Crypto APIs and not for any other purpose.

Prohibited activities: You are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities to promote Crypto APIs, including but not limited to using spam or unsolicited emails. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when promoting Crypto APIs.

Referral tracking: We will provide you with a unique affiliate link that you must use to promote Crypto APIs. You are responsible for ensuring that your links are properly formatted and tracked. We will not be liable for any lost or untracked referrals.

Affiliate dashboard: You will have access to an affiliate dashboard(https://referral.cryptoapis.io), where you can track your clicks, referred sales, and commissions earned. Please note that the data on the dashboard may not be real-time and may be subject to change. 

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms of use or engage in any prohibited activities. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time, without notice, by posting the updated terms on our website. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to ensure that you comply with the latest version.

Limitation of liability: Crypto APIs shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your promotion of Crypto APIs.

Governing law: These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crypto APIs is based.
